You are entitled to free independent legal advice at police stations regardless of your means.
Just ask for Coomber Rich and we will attend.

If you are charged with a criminal offence with a court date, you may qualify for legal aid
depending on your income and the seriousness of the offence. We will advise you in relation to
your eligibility to legal aid.

PRIVATE FUNDING

We represent clients in various areas of criminal law and extradition. You will be provided with a quote for work. Our team will advise you fully on the costs involved in running your case at the outset and during your case.

We may be able to offer a fixed fee depending on the complexity of your case. We are able to provide a fixed fee for all driving offences.

DRIVING OFFENCES

If it is possible, we will quote you a fixed fee depending on the complexity of the matter.
We charge £450 + VAT for driving offences for the first appearance at court if it is a simple matter. This includes advice and representation at the hearing.

If the matter is more complicated, with matters such as exceptional hardship/special reasons being raised, please contact us for a quote. For some Trials we can offer a fixed fee and a breakdown of the work involved will be provided. Depending on the complexity of the matter, the costs can vary between £1,000 + VAT to £5,000 +VAT or in very complex cases, the costs can be higher.

OUR PRIVATE HOURLY RATES

Directors or Partners with at least eight years of litigation experience charge at a rate of £300.00 plus VAT per hour.

Senior Solicitors with at least eight years of litigation experience charge at a rate of £250.00 plus VAT per hour.

Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least four years of litigation experience charge at the rate of £200.00 plus VAT per hour.

Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with less than four years of litigation experience charge at a rate of £175.00 plus VAT per hour.
