Michelle is an experienced solicitor. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 and went on to become a Duty Accredited Solicitor & Police Station Representative in 2010. Michelle obtained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2012, which means she can represent her clients in the Magistrates’, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. More recently, Michelle practices in Extradition Law. She read Law at the University of Sussex, passing her LPC at the College of Law.
Michelle has successfully defended a range of serious and complex cases including successfully defending the first ROSHO proceedings in Surrey. She is a proficient litigator and has a wealth of experience in preparing a varied and broad range of cases for trial.
Michelle also set up a Prison Law Department at her previous firm and represented clients at Parole Hearings. She has vast experience as a Magistrates’ Court Advocate and regularly represents suspects at the Police Station.
