Jemma Trundle

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2007, Jemma has practised solely in criminal defence ever since. She has represented clients at the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Courts for all manner of offences from murder, rape and historic sexual offences to shoplifting, possession of drugs and assaults. She is widely experienced in dealing with youths and those with mental health and learning difficulties.

Jemma obtained Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal) in 2010, meaning that she can don her wig and gown and represent clients in the Crown Court when needed. With advocacy being her passion, Jemma spends most of her working days representing clients in court and has been a regular presence on the Police Station and Court duty rotas for 12 years.

Jemma provides clients with robust, practical advice to ensure the best outcome in each individual case.

Away from work, Jemma enjoys travelling, particularly skiing, and the company of good friends and family
