Specialising in crime ever since qualifying in 1998, Stuart became a Duty Solicitor in 2000 and Higher Courts Advocate (Solicitor Advocate) in 2002.
He deals with a broad range of offences at the police station through to advocacy in the Crown Court, mostly serious crime including high profile homicides and assorted violence, theft, dishonesty and sexual offences.
Stuart is an expert in motoring and road traffic law with many years of experience helping motorists through the ordeal of facing a Magistrates’ Court, successfully defending many cases or arguing to keep a driving licence.
Stuart is also very experienced in dealing with military law, having dealt with numerous military police interviews and courts martial.
